ROUDE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le terme global de \u00ab <strong>pollution<\/strong> \u00bb est tr\u00e8s souvent assimil\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>tout ce qui vient se d\u00e9poser sur la surface d&rsquo;un isolateur et qui affecte ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s isolantes<\/strong>. Mais une telle \u00ab pollution \u00bb doit \u00eatre d\u00e9finie pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour permettre le choix de la contre-mesure la plus appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans des environnements pollu\u00e9s, le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de contaminants sur la surface de l\u2019isolateur peut conduire \u00e0 la formation d&rsquo;une couche conductrice, entra\u00eenant un flux de courant de fuite, la formation de bandes s\u00e8ches et, dans certaines conditions, des <strong>contournements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le d\u00e9fi pour les ing\u00e9nieurs de conception de lignes et les \u00e9quipes de maintenance<\/strong> est de savoir comment de tels contournements \u00e9lectriques peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9s en utilisant des isolants captant moins de contaminants, plus r\u00e9sistants aux arcs ou con\u00e7us et fabriqu\u00e9s avec des mat\u00e9riaux qui r\u00e9duiront la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un arc externe \u00e0 se produire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lorsqu&rsquo;ils traitent des probl\u00e8mes de pollution, les experts utilisent plusieurs d\u00e9finitions :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ligne de fuite<\/strong> : (parfois le mot \u00ab distance de fuite \u00bb est utilis\u00e9). C&rsquo;est la distance qu&rsquo;un arc doit parcourir d&rsquo;un embout m\u00e9tallique au suivant en suivant la surface d&rsquo;un isolant (figure 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Distance d&rsquo;arc<\/strong> : la distance la plus courte entre la terre et le c\u00f4t\u00e9 sous tension d&rsquo;un isolant (figure 1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"496\" height=\"785\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sediver.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/news_pollution_figure01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6155\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sediver.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/news_pollution_figure01.jpg 496w, https:\/\/www.sediver.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/news_pollution_figure01-190x300.jpg 190w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 496px) 100vw, 496px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ESDD<\/strong> est l&rsquo;acronyme de Equivalent Salt Deposit Density. Il repr\u00e9sente la quantit\u00e9 de sel n\u00e9cessaire pour atteindre la conductivit\u00e9 atteinte par le polluant dissous dans l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque les sels se dissolvent dans l&rsquo;eau, la conductivit\u00e9 du film humide (ou de l\u2019humidit\u00e9) \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019isolateur augmente et, par la suite, le risque de contournement augmente \u00e9galement. L&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de mesure est le mg \/ cm\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NSDD<\/strong> est l&rsquo;acronyme de Non-Soluble Deposit Density. Il correspond \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 de d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019isolateur qui ne se dissout pas dans l&rsquo;eau et reste inerte en surface. Le sable, par exemple, est un composant typique du NSDD. Le composant non soluble de la couche de pollution fonctionnera comme une \u00e9ponge capturant plus d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, ce qui \u00e0 son tour facilitera la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019isolateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Courant de fuite<\/strong> : est le courant \u00e9lectrique circulant le long de la surface d&rsquo;un isolant le long de la distance de fuite. Chaque type d&rsquo;isolant a une limite au-dessus de laquelle le courant de fuite conduira \u00e0 un arc et \u00e9ventuellement \u00e0 une d\u00e9rivation compl\u00e8te de l\u2019isolateur (cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape d&rsquo;arc est alors appel\u00e9e contournement).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Distance de fuite sp\u00e9cifique<\/strong> : le rapport entre la distance de fuite d&rsquo;un isolant (ou une cha\u00eene d&rsquo;isolateurs) et la tension phase-terre. L&rsquo;unit\u00e9 est mm \/ kV et appel\u00e9e <strong>USCD<\/strong> (Unified Specific Creepage Distance)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arc en bande s\u00e8che<\/strong> : est un processus dynamique par lequel un arc une fois amorc\u00e9 s\u00e8che la zone o\u00f9 il a lieu. En s\u00e9chant un segment de l\u2019isolateur, l&rsquo;arc aura progressivement de plus en plus de difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 se maintenir, s&rsquo;\u00e9teindra de lui-m\u00eame jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la surface soit \u00e0 nouveau mouill\u00e9e, conduisant \u00e0 des courants qui vont g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouveaux arcs, de nouveaux points secs\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation du niveau de pollution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation du niveau de pollution<\/strong> dans une zone donn\u00e9e sur un isolateur peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e en mesurant \u00e0 la fois <strong>l&rsquo;ESDD et le NSDD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La proc\u00e9dure consiste \u00e0 <strong>laver la surface de l\u2019isolateur<\/strong> avec de l&rsquo;eau d\u00e9sionis\u00e9e dont la conductivit\u00e9 est mesur\u00e9e avant le lavage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s lavage, la <strong>conductivit\u00e9<\/strong> est \u00e0 nouveau mesur\u00e9e et tabul\u00e9e pour la conversion en poids \u00e9quivalent de sel. Ce nombre est ensuite divis\u00e9 par la surface qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 lav\u00e9e (valeur ESDD). Une fois cela fait, l&rsquo;eau de lavage est filtr\u00e9e sur un filtre en papier qui doit \u00eatre s\u00e9ch\u00e9 dans un four.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>poids du d\u00e9p\u00f4t solide<\/strong> est divis\u00e9 par la surface de l\u2019isolateur pour donner le NSDD final en mg \/ cm\u00b2.
