Achieve zero Lost Time Accidents (LTA), certifying all production sites to ISO 45001 by 2028 (all glassworks already certified) and allocating 10% of the Capex plan to EHS investments.

Support Employee Well-Being

Improve employee satisfaction by conducting biennial internal surveys with a 2% improvement target and hosting one local team engagement event per year.

Foster Development

Conduct annual succession planning for key roles. Target minimum 1 day training per employee annually.

Promote Diversity & Inclusion

Implement inclusive hiring policies to address upcoming retirements and ensure equitable opportunities.
