After a 2021 year heavily impacted by raw material, energy and transportation exceptional shortages and their associated costs increases, the war in Ukraine has created another unprecedented situation.
Our first thoughts go to the people of Ukraine who suffer, and we hope that conditions will soon be created to restore talks and peace.
ln the meantime, while we remain committed to the highest quality to ensure the best performance for our customers, we need to cape with the economic impacts of the geopolitical situation on our costs, in particular those of energy in a context where our furnaces are running 24/7 and cannot be stopped.
ln this tense situation, Sediver has no other option but to further increase prices on all our offers and on-going projects or frame agreements.
On the other hand, Sediver’s global production capacity is not impacted by the current geopolitical situation, having no Russian or Ukrainian content within its supply chain.
