Sediver statement on cyber attack

Sediver was recently the victim of a cyber-attack on its information systems, which resulted in unauthorized access to data,  notwithstanding having implemented security measures in compliance with state-of-the-art standards.

We took immediate action to prevent any business interruption and further reinforce existing security measures, thus allowing to maintain full business continuity.

Investigations and forensic analysis are ongoing to determine the source of the attack and mitigate its potential impact.

However, we have found that extraction of personal data took place during the hack. We have set up a task team to determine the extent of the data breach and manage the actions required to mitigate risk.

All our employees have been advised to take additional precautions going forward and we recommend anyone to remain vigilant and report any suspect email to the following address compliance@seves.com.

Simultaneously, we are also in contact with the relevant authorities.

We are fully committed to resolve the situation in a timely fashion and will provide further information as soon as reasonably able to do so without jeopardizing the legal and technical ongoing investigations.

Meanwhile, should there be any concern or question, please contact us at compliance@seves.com.
