Since mid-2015 we have a robust Compliance Management System in place. You will find below an overview of our Compliance Management System as well as our Code of Conduct.

Since 2015, Sediver has implemented a clear Compliance Management System (CMS) to ensure business is conducted not only in full compliance with the local applicable laws & regulations, but also in line with our high ethical standards and principles, namely integrity, honesty and respect for human dignity.

Anti-Corruption Policy

This Anti-Corruption Policy is our shared commitment to doing business the right way. At Sediver, we take a firm stand against all forms of corruption. We believe that integrity is not just a principle: it’s how we build trust with our partners. That’s why we’ve put in place clear rules, strong governance, and practical tools to help prevent, detect, and address any misconduct.

Sediver Code of Conduct: Our Commitment to Integrity and Excellence

At Sediver, integrity is not just a value—it’s a way of working. Our newly revamped Code of Conduct, effective July 1st, 2025, reaffirms our commitment to ethical business practices, legal compliance, and respect for human rights across all our operations.

This updated version offers a clearer structure, real-life examples, and practical guidance to help every employee, partner, and stakeholder understand what we stand for and how we act.

What’s New in the 2025 Edition

  • Modernized layout for easier navigation and readability
  • Expanded definitions of key concepts including anti-corruption, facilitation payments, conflicts of interests, environmental protection and data security.
  • Practical case scenarios to guide decision-making in real situations
  • Do’s and Don’ts to provide effective ways to communicate expectations

Integrity line

  • Sediver has an Integrity Line in place to encourage our employees and business partners to speak up if they need to report any possible ethical or compliance concerns
  • Sediver Integrity Line is a web-based system operated by an external law-firm which provides a high level of data security
  • Any concern can be submitted in the strictest confidence, as all reports and any communication between the reporting person and the law-firm is protected by the professional secrecy obligation of an attorney
  • The conditions for using the Integrity Line are available on the Bkms portal
